Jodie Coher, Communication Specialist
What gets you excited about your role?
It’s an opportunity for me to invest in the Kingdom around the world, right from my computer. A chance to help missionaries and mission organizations to better communicate the ways they are impacting this world with the gospel; I have an amazing job!
What's your #1 tip for organizations to gain new funding partners?
Since I’m not a coach, I’m not the #1 expert here, but I’ve seen over and over again that the funding partner you already have on your team is the funding partner you want. If you’re past the first funding push, take good care of your relationship with your financial partners and it will serve you well in the long term health of your finances.
Where can we find you on the weekends?
My family enjoys spending time together; sometimes playing games at home, and other times enjoying a local football or soccer game.
Where you have served as a missionary?
As a campus staff worker, I served with Campus Outreach at Tennessee Tech University, relying on God’s provision through financial partnership to meet all my needs. After I married my husband, we continued to serve on campus at the University of Southern Indiana. We have moved into pastoral ministry for a number of years now, and are enjoying where God has placed us.
